To submit an article or news story to any Ratner Media news web site all you have to do is simply follow this procedure. Except for StoryTIP.com you do not have to be a registered member or get granted access rights by the webmaster to submit news to us directly.  News media please contact us directly for HOT story leads, quotes, phone numbers and web access / special insider privileges.
 
Any email sent to HealthFoodNews@Yahoo.com will be considered as a possible item for news posting and distribution.  By emailing us you are making your information available to all members and reporters within the Ratner Media News Network to read and use.  Our reporters scan multiple news sources and press wires each day for potential story pick-ups however, about once a week the Editorial Team will go over the messages we received which have relevance and pick out the ones that are thought to be of special interest to the industry and news media community.  We have many different options to post and help carry your news story to a wider public distribution and news media community.  Ask us about these services.

Submission Procedure
Due to the large amount of news / announcements we receive, we now require a follow-on action for submissions.

The procedure works as follow:.
- Make direct contact with one of our reporters or editors via Email or calling (424) 200-3801 and talking to us.
- Email your submission to HealthFoodNewsATYahoo.com referencing the reporter/editor and story talked about.
- Follow-up. With the amount of volume of news stories and PR pitches - we want to make sure you get posted.

HealthFoodNews.com uses a pay-per-post media placement model for Headline Stories, Features and Newswire.  Depending upon approval of your submission we will arrange to talk with you directly about the appropriate news section placement.

General guidelines for submissions
The subject line should be descriptive and no more than 70 characters.

Examples of good subject lines:
Industry News and Changes | Personnel, Products, Purchases, etc | 
Announcing new book, research, trends, or other educational reports
Announcing an event, workshop, fundraiser, release party, award, etc
Request for product review, feature story or executive interview
Articles; Information Factoids, Content Sources, Media/Sales Matrix Analysis
The body of the message must be plain text with no more than 80 characters per line. The message itself should be as concise as possible, and no more than a few dozen lines at most. We recommend providing a URL for detailed information such as program committees, schedules, registration forms, etc.

Please format the body of the message exactly as you wish it to appear in the digest. You do not need to include a request to include your item in the digest; i.e., no need to include "Please consider the following for inclusion in tomorrow's news..." And please omit your signature.
